How to Rent
Renting with Landmark is simple.
Browse available rentals, submit an application, and our leasing team will contact you to discuss the property and arrange the next steps.
1. Find a Rental
Start by browsing our currently available private rooms, studios and apartments. Each listing includes rental details, photos, pricing and availability.
2. Apply Online
When you find a rental that interests you, complete the online rental application and provide the requested identification, income information and supporting documents.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or obligate you to rent a property. It allows our leasing team to review your information and contact you about available rental options.
3. A Leasing Agent Will Contact You
Once your application is received, a Landmark leasing agent will contact you to discuss the rental, answer questions and arrange a showing when appropriate.
This gives you an opportunity to see the property and make sure the rental is a good fit before completing the leasing process.
If the property you selected is no longer available, or another rental may better fit your needs, the leasing agent can discuss other available Landmark properties with you.
4. Application Review
Landmark reviews the information provided with the application, including income, rental history, background information and other applicable screening criteria.
Applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation when necessary to complete the review.
5. Approval & Move-In
Approved applicants will receive instructions for completing the lease, paying the required move-in amounts and arranging a move-in date.
Once the lease requirements are completed, our team will coordinate access to the rental and provide the information needed to get settled.
